Some of the best runs of my life have been on lousy days when the weather was cold and rainy and I was tired and on the edge of chucking it. Maybe those are the days we need it most.
That’s awesome! I’d like to go run in Eagle Rock sometime. Do you have an IG or somewhere I can see the schedule? I make it to Koreatown Run Club about once every 3 months or so…hoping to do more club running after I wean my baby in May. Amazing how much time breastfeeding takes up 😳
